The minimum amount that can be added to your Sandbox Wallet is 100 credits.

Do not worry if this happens, you can raise a ticket with us from here and we will help you resolve it at the earliest.

We refund credits only when there is a cancellation of the subscription. You can request a refund from here.

Wallet Balance is required to call our Paid APIs, which incur a wallet charge over and above the subscription charge. You can read more about it here.
