To update or change your payment details:


  1.  Log in to your Sandbox Account 
  2.  Click on the subscription for which you wish to change the payment method 
  3.  Click on Update Method


The current payment method is UPI: 


In this case, you can only switch to a card payment method.


Enter the required details and proceed to authenticate the E-mandate. Note that Rs. 5 will be deducted and then credited back to your card to verify the mandate. 


YOU CAN UPDATE IT AGAIN TO YOUR DESIRED PAYMENT METHOD.

Here, you can set the E-mandate for the available payment methods


After entering the relevant details, the same process of authentication and verification of the mandate will take place. 


THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE NEW MANDATE IN THE UPCOMING BILLING CYCLE.
