Change Primary Payment Method
Switching your primary payment method is quick and straightforward ensuring seamless billing.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Primary Payment Method: The primary payment method is your default option for billing. If the primary method fails, Console will automatically attempt to charge the backup payment method, if one is set.
- Secure Updates: Your payment details are securely encrypted and stored to protect your information.
How to Change Your Primary Payment Method

Log In: Access your Console account by logging into the dashboard.

Navigate to Billing: Open the Settings menu and click on Billing.

Manage Payment Methods: In the Payment Methods section, you’ll see a list of your saved payment options.

Edit or Update Methods:

- Edit Details: To update details for an existing method, click on the arrow icon next to it.
- Set as Primary: To make a new method your primary payment option, click Primary next to the payment method you want to prioritise.
- Set Backup or None: For additional methods, set them as Backup or None as needed. Backup methods serve as fallback options for uninterrupted billing.
