Pay for Subscriptions and Outstanding Invoices Using Wallet
Pay for your subscriptions and pending invoices seamlessly using your Wallet balance.
Steps to Pay Using Wallet
- Log In to Console:
Log in to your account using your account credentials. - Navigate to the Billing Section:
From the left navigation menu, click on Billing and open the Invoices tab. - Select the Invoice:
From the invoices list, choose the invoice and select Pay to proceed. - Choose Wallet as Payment Method:
On the invoice page, select Wallet as your payment method.
If sufficient balance is available, the payable amount will be deducted instantly. - Complete Payment:
Confirm the payment to settle the outstanding amount. Once successful, the invoice status will be updated to Paid.
Paying for a New Subscription Using Wallet
While purchasing or upgrading to a subscription plan, you can select Wallet as the payment method at checkout.
If your wallet has sufficient balance, the subscription amount will be deducted directly, and your subscription will be activated immediately.
