Invoices help you track charges, manage payments, and maintain clear billing records with ease. You can easily view, share, download, and pay invoices seamlessly using your preferred payment method.

Key Features of Invoices

  1. Public Invoices
    Invoices are accessible via public links, enabling effortless viewing, downloading, and payment without additional steps or login requirements.
  2. Multiple Payment Options
    Invoices can be paid using your Wallet balance or securely via the payment gateway (Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
  3. Real-time Status Updates
    Once a payment is successfully completed, the invoice status is automatically updated to 
    Paid.
  4. Download Anytime
    Invoices can be downloaded at any time for accounting, compliance, or record-keeping purposes.
  5. Easy Sharing
    Invoice links can be easily shared via email or internal communication channels, enabling faster reviews, approvals, and payments.

Types of Invoices

When you view invoices in Console, you may see three type of invoices.
  • Subscription Invoice: Issued when you purchase or renew a plan. Covers fixed plan charges for the billing cycle.
  • Wallet Charges Invoice: Issued at the end of each usage cycle with a breakdown of wallet charges. ðŸ’¡ Understand wallet charges invoice.
  • Overdraft Invoice: Issued when your quota usage goes beyond your plan in the usage cycle. Covers the extra usage only.

Ways to Pay an Invoice

You can pay invoices using either of the following methods:

Wallet
Use your available wallet balance to pay invoices instantly. If sufficient balance is available, the payable amount is deducted immediately.

Payment Gateway
Pay securely using Card, UPI, or Net Banking when your wallet balance is insufficient or when you prefer external payment methods.
