Adjusting your plan ensures you always have the best option to meet your needs.
Upgrade Immediately: Your new plan becomes active right away. Any unused portion of your current plan is not adjusted, and you'll start paying for the new plan immediately.
Upgrade at End of Cycle: Your new plan will begin only after your current billing period ends, ensuring you fully utilise the remaining time on your current plan before switching.
When to Upgrade Immediately vs. at End of Cycle
Use Overdraft and upgrade at the end of cycle when you're near your renewal date. Overdraft covers the extra calls for the last few days, and your higher plan starts fresh on renewal.
Upgrade immediately when you hit your limit early in the cycle. With most of the cycle still ahead, a larger quota covers your usage at a lower rate per call.
💡 The closer you are to renewal, the more it makes sense to finish on overdraft. The earlier you reach your limit, the more an immediate upgrade pays off.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Immediately and End of Cycle? Immediately starts the new plan and its billing now, with no carry-over. End of Cycle finishes your current plan first, then switches on renewal day.
I'm almost out of quota with only a few days left. What should I do? Stay on Overdraft for the last days, then Upgrade at End of Cycle.
I've used most of my quota early in the cycle. What should I do? Upgrade Immediately. A larger quota covers the rest of the cycle at a lower rate per call.
Should I rely on Overdraft or upgrade? They suit different needs. Overdraft is per-call and pay-as-you-go, ideal for a short period. A bigger plan is bulk quota up front, ideal when your usage has grown for good.
Will I lose unused quota if I upgrade immediately? The unused portion isn't credited. This doesn't matter when you've nearly used it up; if you have a lot left, choose End of Cycle.
