Upgrade or Downgrade your Plan

Adjusting your plan ensures you always have the best option to meet your needs.

Things to keep in Mind

  • Upgrade Immediately: Your new plan becomes active right away. Any unused portion of your current plan is not adjusted, and you'll start paying for the new plan immediately.
  • Upgrade at End of Cycle: Your new plan will begin only after your current billing period ends, ensuring you fully utilise the remaining time on your current plan before switching.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

  • Log In to Console: Access your account by logging into Console.

  • Click on Upgrade Tab: Click the Upgrade button in the top-right corner.

  • Explore Plans: Browse the available plans, compare features, and view monthly or annual billing options to find the best fit for your needs.

  • Select and Confirm Plan: Choose your desired plan, enter billing details, and decide if you want to Upgrade Immediately or Upgrade at End of Cycle.

  • Complete Payment: Finalise your selection by completing the payment process. Your new plan will activate based on your chosen timing.
