You can easily add money to your Sandbox Wallet via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS). Follow these steps to view the bank account details where you can transfer the funds.
Steps
Go to Wallet
Log in to Console.
From the top-right header, click on the Settings ⚙️ icon.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Wallet.
Choose Payment Method
Under payment methods in the Deposit widget, click Pay via Bank Transfer.
Then click on Proceed.
View Bank Account Details
You’ll now see the Beneficiary Account Details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Beneficiary Name).
Use these details to transfer money from your bank account.
⚠️ Note: Bank transfers may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your Sandbox Wallet balance.
Things to Keep in Mind
Make sure you enter the correct account details while transferring.
Funds will only reflect in your wallet after Sandbox receives confirmation from the bank.
If the amount doesn’t reflect after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
