Cancel a Plan

You can cancel your plan anytime. Choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.

Things to Keep in Mind:

You have two options when canceling your current plan:

  1. Cancel Immediately:
    • If you choose to cancel your plan immediately, your plan will be terminated right away.
    • Please note:
      • Any unused quota will be forfeited.
      • Access to APIs will be revoked instantly.
      • No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
  2. Cancel at End of Cycle:
    • If you prefer to continue using your plan until the end of the current billing cycle, you can schedule the cancellation to take effect on the last day of the cycle.
    • By doing so, you will still have access to your API usage until the end of the cycle. After that, your access to APIs will be removed.

Steps to Cancel Your Plan

  1. Log In to Console: Access your account by logging into Console.

  2. Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner. Under Billing, select Overview to view your current plan details.


  3. Cancel Plan: Scroll down to the Cancel Plan option.

    • You will be presented with two options:
      • Cancel Immediately
      • Cancel at End of Cycle
    • Select your preferred option.
  4. Confirm Cancellation: A confirmation prompt will appear, requesting for your feedback. Click Confirm to complete the cancellation of your plan.
